Situated on the outskirts of St. Helier the re-development of 31 Midvale Road was completed in June 2010. The block consists of five one bedroom apartments, two with parking, and the basement apartment with a small enclosed garden.

The project involved the refurbishment of three of the units, each finished to high standards ready for immediate occupation. The basement apartment was extensively re-modeled to provide increased natural light in all rooms, something that is often missing in this type of apartment. Hard wood floors were also laid through large parts of the apartment.

All apartments were quickly sold, some significantly before completion.
