The Boyne Terrace show house was officially opened on Thursday the 23rd of October 2008 with a Champagne reception for one hundred invited guests. The evening was a huge success with an overwhelming positive response to the quality and finish of the development.

The launch evening lead to strong interest in the development from prospective buyers and proved invaluable as a forum to present this excellent example of Mevanna's work.
