• fees for this service are 5% of the first year’s rent payable in advance

Full property management for single units, covering letting agreement services along with:

• collecting rents and prompt payment of funds and acting as first point of call for tenants
• property inspections and management of minor and essential repairs
• managing annual rate returns, foncier rate payments and insurance renewals
• fees for this service are 7.5% of annual rent, deducted from rent on a monthly basis
