Dilwara Barn is a lovely traditional barn conversion located in the Fauvic area of Grouville. It has been  fully renovated to Mevanna's usual high standards of fitting and finish and was sold shortly after works were completed. The property consists of two bedrooms (both ensuite) and the house bathroom on the upper floor with Kitchen and living area on the ground floor.

The Kitchen was completely replaced with a new fresh contemporary look including all new modern appliances.

We were particularly pleased with this project as it turned a relatively small outbuilding into a modern and well planned living space. As usual our partners P.D.B Builders and Carpenters completed the works on time and to our exacting standards.
